E-WASTE COLLECTION MANAGEMENT IN UNIVERSITI TUN HUSSEIN ONN MALAYSIA (UTHM) 
The Bursary UTHM oversees the collection of e-waste generated at the faculties and other administrative buildings in UTHM. Faculties and Administrative Office are required to segregate the e-waste according to the categories. An external contractor is appointed to collect all the e-waste generated. Then, the e-waste will be transported by the contractors to e-waste centres for further treatment. From September 2022 until August 2023, a total of 12,282 kg e-waste were collected. In UTHM also, all staff must return the empty cartridge to the Information Technology Office before being given the new cartridge. The appointed vendor will collect the empty cartridge and recycle it. Worth to mention, from September 2022 until August 2023, a total of 763 empty toner and 501 empty ink were collected.
